This Crystal Reiki meditation lead by Stephanie aims to strengthen your mind body connection, safely clear stagnant or blocked energy and leave you feeling more relaxed and centered for the start of your week. Strengthening your mind body connection with this beautiful crystal energy is a potent way to wash away stresses and help realign your emotional, spiritual and physical bodies leaving your soul warm, mind clear and your body centered. Each participant will receive a charged crystal to take home after the meditation.
